Kale was 2014's super trendy, cool food. Now, it's Brussel sprouts!

Honestly, I'm still stuck on mashed potatoes and gravy. But, all of my friends LOVED Kale. For a while. Mover over Kale, there’s a new trendy green in town. An article inThe Atlantic, which used data from Google trends, found that searches for kale have gone way down since the super green’s peak of popularity in 2014. Sales of kale have gone down too … with Brussel sprouts overtaking it as the new “it” veggie. (The Ladders)
