The West Harrison High Hurricane Band is getting ready to march in the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade next Thursday. 200 band members will leave for New York this Saturday. Monday, about 50 members of the band will appear on the Today Show between 7 and 8am.
During the Thanksgiving Day Parade, they'll perform 3 songs as they march, and end with a special routine for NBC. The Hurricane Band was one of only 10 schools invited to join in the fun, and they'll be the first school in the Harrison County District to participate!
