I've never seen a strong person with an easy past.
That's the title of a video I was compelled to watch today. And let me tell ya, it was MORE than inspiring. I had to share it.
It's taken me 40+ years to learn to love myself, flaws and all. Truth be told, some days I can't muster the strength to do that. I beat myself up. I criticize myself. I'm always telling myself..."I could have done that better." And I know I'm not alone in that.
Too all of us...everyone...still learning to love ourselves.
