John Krasinski was recently named People's "Sexiest Man Alive" and a few of his former co-stars have something to say about his shiny new title.

According to Entertainment Weekly, Angela Kinsey and Kate Flannery, who starred alongside Krasinski in The Office from 2005 to 2013 (as stuck-up accountant Angela Martin and drunken supplier relations rep Meredith Palmer), could not be happier for their friend despite their differing reactions to the news.

Kinsey was shocked when she first heard that the legend behind Dunder Mifflin Paper Company, Inc.'s Jim Halpern was officially named the most attractive man in the world.

"I'm so tickled by it. I found out this morning. I love John. He's such a good person and I'm so happy for all the success he's having. But I think of him like my little brother, so this is like your little brother getting Sexiest Man Alive! You're kind of like, 'What is happening?' But he's such a cutie."

The actress quipped that she cannot wait to respond to The Office text thread and say something like: "What's up, Mr. Sexiest Man?"

Flannery on the other hand, was surprised the world had not seen sense sooner, referring to her former co-star as "so hot."

"Have you seen him lately? Have you seen him since Jack Ryan? He is so jacked up. He is so hot my eyes are melting every time I see him in person. He and Emily [Blunt, his wife] are so good-looking I have to squint. He is really, really hot. Is nobody paying attention? I'm so glad people are finally paying attention."

Krasinski himself was so stunned he was named People's "Sexiest Man Alive," that he blacked out.

"Just immediate blackout, actually. Zero thoughts. Other than maybe I'm being punked. That's not how I wake up, thinking, 'Is this the day that I'll be asked to be Sexiest Man Alive?' And yet it was the day you guys did it. You guys have really raised the bar for me."
