Everybody loves puppies! And when Hunter first came to us as a puppy, everyone loved him! He was quickly adopted. But when he showed back up this month as a stray, his owners were contacted and they decided they no longer wanted him. Hunter is pretty sad about this and he eagerly makes new human friends hoping someone will choose him and take him home! He's still a cutie and weighs 34 pounds at 7.5 years old. He's heartworm negative and has already been neutered so he can go home with you today!! If you have another dog at home, bring them to the shelter to make sure they're a good match. We think Hunter may have been an only dog as he prefers to soak up all his human's affection without competition. But maybe there's another canine buddy out there for him somewhere!! We won't know until we try! Bring the whole family and come meet him today!
