8/17 was National Black Cat Appreciation Day! Here to celebrate is Frankie! Frankie is a 9 year old cool cat that came to the shelter as a stray back in May. Frankie is part of HSSM's current Emergency Empty the Shelter Adoption Special through the Bissell Pet Foundation so his adoption fee is just $25. The adoption special runs through Saturday, August 21st and includes dogs as well.
