To say the Bugatti Veyron is "not for everyone" is a gross misunderstatement. With 1,001 horsepower from its W16 engine, it's the world's most powerful production car. With a price tag of about $1.5 million, it's the world's most expensive new car.
With dealership oil changes costing upwards of $21,000... you may want to find a mechanic who's willing to tackle the job for you: there are 16 oil drain plugs, and the car has to be partially disassembled just to complete the change (taking several hours, of course)!
Then again, you might have enough cash (and time) to cover it if you had 1 1/2 million to pay for the car in the first place.
