This Dr. says "he was too fat to have done that!"

A Canadian dermatologist accused of pressing his genitals up against a couple of female patients is trying to get out of trouble by using the old "I'm too fat to have done that" excuse.Two patients claimed Dr. Rodion Kunynetz rubbed his genitals against their legs during an examination and reported him to the medical board. He argued that there's no way his genitals could have touched them because he is obese and his stomach covers his genitalia. Here's where the investigation gets interesting.The doctor's defense team retained a urologist to examine him, both with and without an erection, and he concluded that his penis wouldn't have made contact with the patients. However, the medical board's urologist did his own examination and concluded that he could feel the doctor's penis when he pressed up against him. Ultimately, the Ontario College of Physicians and Surgeons ruled that since his pelvic region made contact with the patients, without warning or an apology, he was guilty of professional misconduct.
