Doctors have long known that some people gain weight faster than others just because of their genetics.

Well, a new study has found that people with a powerful “fat gene” can actually fight back, simply by exercising each day.

Researchers studied over 200,000 people and found that those who were physically active were able to reduce the weight-gain effects associated with this evil gene by about 30%.

So while you might have been unlucky to get this gene, you’re not totally out of luck … if you just move your body a bit. (ABC News)
