A great, simple tip for healthier eating!

A new study says if you want to lose weight, all you need to do is start thinking about your food a little more.

Lead researcher Dr. Carolyn Dunn suggests that turning the TV off or stepping away from your desk while eating goes a long way toward keeping your appetite in check.

When you sit quietly and think about what you’re eating, you’re more likely to eat less because the first couple of forkfuls are the ones that provide the most pleasure.

Of course, if you’re distracted while you’re eating, you’re more likely to eat beyond the point of being full!
