According to a new study, eating salt could help you lose weight. Yep, you heard that right.

Researchers from Vanderbilt University found salt actually causes the body to break down fat and helps the body produce urine without drinking.

The findings are the exact opposite of previous studies that said eating salt leads to weight gain by causing the body to retain water. (Daily Mail)
