Restaurant seafood from another country?

I LOVE me some fried fish, steamed shrimp and oysters!  I could eat it every day! And, being a little unusual,  I'll use Tartar, Cocktail Sauce or a mixture of all 3 on my seafood or poboy. Bring em' on! However, I do have a  HUGE pet peeve! It drives me nuts when I find out a restaurant is serving seafood from another area/country, when I would think it most of it would be available right here from our waters! Something else that is a safety concern; some of the seafood from foreign countries may be bad for our health. Here is a team that is trying to help:
