I have tried EVERYTHING! For quick weight loss, low carb really worked for me. But, sustaining that weight loss and way of life has always been tough. Weight Watchers is another program that I've tried and had more success on.
What popular diets have you tried to lose weight?
According to a new YOU GOV poll, here's the percentage of Americans who've tried some of the most popular diets out there:
- Intermittent fasting: 24%
- Atkins or other low-carb: 24%
- Weight Watchers: 21%
- Keto: 19%
- Mediterranean: 18%
- Vegetarian: 15%
Half of the people who've tried intermittent fasting or Keto say those diets have been "very effective" at helping them lose weight. Only a third say the same about going vegetarian.
