I'm up about 6 pounds since the Sheltering in Place began. I'm not sure if that's due to stress eating, boredom, or anxiety.
I have been eating a good bit of junk food, but have been exercising more. So.......I guess it's true that you can't "out" exercise a bad diet.
A new British survey found that 61% of respondents say their diets are different now, with 29% saying their eating habits are healthier than they were before. 13% say they are eating more plant-based and 25% say they are eating more fresh produce. 30% say they have learned to make new recipes. My only hope is to maintain for now and eat healthier when this is over. Or not.
