Remember to stay hydrated in this hot weather! (signs you're dehydrated)

We just got back from vacation and it was HOT! Especially wearing mask everywhere. Staying hydrated is as important as ever, and sometimes I just forget to drink enough water! I need to make it a habit.....

According to health experts, these are the dehydration symptoms you should know -- because it isn’t always simply feeling thirsty.

Bad breath: Dry mouth is a major culprit in stinky breath.

Sugar cravings: Thirst often masks itself as hunger -- especially cravings for sweets. Before indulging, try drinking some water and see if the cravings go away.

Dry skin: Your skin will look dull and more wrinkled and dark circles may appear exaggerated when you are dehydrated. Look your best by drinking plenty of water.

Tiredness, irritability, headaches: If you can’t get out of your funk and you just feel “off,” consider increasing your water intake.

Chills: When your body is dehydrated it can’t regulate body temperature properly. If you feel cold when you shouldn’t, you might just be thirsty.

Cramps: This is why you should never exercise without being hydrated. (Health)
