Governor's new orders for college football in Mississippi

Governor Tate Reeves has announced new guidelines for college football in the state. Here are the bullet-points:

1. No tailgating or rallies outside stadium
2. Mask must be worn as you enter/exit the stadium. You can un-mask while seated, but it's advised to keep them on the whole game. (mask rule applies to age 6 and over.)
3. The concession stand will be open, but grab and go drink/food options are preferred.Transactions should be contact free
4. 25 percent capacity.

This expires August 31st, but the Governor normally extends 2 weeks at a time.
