The Big Ten conference has decided to start their football season on October 24th. Their original plan, after cancelling it in the fall, was to play in the spring. The cancellation was due to concerns about Covid, testing and myocarditis. However , their Council of Presidents and their Chancellors decided to go head and allow the season to start in October.
There will be 8 games over an 8 week period and a championship game.
