In a press conference today, Gov. Tate Reeves announced that the mask mandate for Mississippi will not be extended past it's Wednesday expiration. This means, for the most part, the state will not mandate that you wear a mask. There are exceptions: K-12 schools and indoor arenas must continue with mask.
Also in this new order, all indoor arenas, university and college venues or auditoriums must limit capacity to 50 percent.
The Governor did remind us that individual businesses may still require mask and to use common sense when around others.
