Great tips on staying young!


Do you struggle with getting older? I know that I do. From aches and pains, to just acknowledging the number, it's tough on me sometimes. Experts have listed 7 great tips on staying young. The first one and the 3rd are the things I really need to work on!

  • 1. Have a positive outlook on aging…remember “it’s just a number”
  • 2. Eat nutrient rich, whole foods…avoid salt and sugar
  • 3. Eat until you’re satisfied…not stuffed.
  • 4. Exercise regularly…even if it’s just a long walk
  • 5. Socialize and stay connected…loneliness will shorten your life
  • 6. Prioritize sun protection
  • 7. Get plenty of sleep…”beauty sleep” isn’t a myth!
