When is it appropriate to first say "I Love You?" in a relationship?

I don't remember telling my wife Suzi that I Loved Her on our first date, but did tell her that we were going to get married. So far so good after almost 17 years! In a new YouGov poll, roughly 26% of us say that between 1 and 3 months is a good time frame for saying those 3 BIG words! 17% think 4-6 months and about 6% have no problem within the first week of dating!
