- It's a great way to stay hydrated being that it's 92 percent water!
- Need vitamins? It's got vitamin A and C, plus iron, calcium, potassium and magnesium!
- Lycopene, an antioxidant is credited with fighting certain cancers and heart disease. That's what makes a watermelon red!
- Need fiber? You can actually eat the seeds.......and the rinds.... (although I don't!)
