Things to watch for if you're going on a diet!

Have you seen diet ads saying that "you can lose weight without dieting or exercising"? Chances are, you'll lose money with that program, but not weight.

The FTC has listed some things you need to be watching for before spending money on a diet plan:

If the diet plan says that you only have to take a certain pill, it's probably not on the level. Or, you can lose 30 pounds in 30 days. Or, you can lose weight by using a certain cream or patch. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is!

It's all about a healthy diet and some regular exercise!
